Tracking and issues
After your order ships, open it under My Orders to see the tracking number and the latest trace. Traces are fed back by the international carrier and usually become visible 24-48 hours after dispatch. If no trace appears within 72 hours, or the parcel shows a customs hold or no updates for a long time, contact us via the Contact Us page with your order number — we will check with the carrier right away.
